Flack's has been honest and fair with me. I have been going there for a few years and never have had a complaint. They estimate the time repairs will take and live up to it unless they run into other problems and then they call me. Very Satisfied.

They quoted me a fair price for some major brake repair I needed. They got my car back to me 2 hours before the time originally quoted. Driving home I noticed that not only is my brake problem fixed, but they fixed 2 minor unrelated problems I had with my car while they were at it! Neither of the extra fixes showed on my bill. Could not be happier with their service!

They were great. Came out on a Sunday and got me back up and on the road. Went through kia in April and had my spark plugs changed. 7 months later my car is down again. At least now I know the work was actually done! They took me to the parts store so we could get the parts and made sure it ran right before leaving. Thank you so much for everything!

I am from out of town about 4 hours away and got hit in a fender bender on the weekend. I called Flacks on a Sunday to come and tell me how bad my car was if it was able to be driven back home or not. They came out to me within less than an hour, did a full diagnostic, read my codes on my car, recommended next steps and were super nice and knowledgeable.
